This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit flavialangellabridal.com (the "Website") or contact me through it, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian data protection law (Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended).

2. What data I process
Browsing data. When you visit the Website, the servers hosting it automatically record technical data needed to deliver the pages and keep them secure, such as your IP address, browser type, device, date and time of the request and the pages visited. This data is not used to identify you.
Data you send me. The Website has no contact forms. If you contact me by WhatsApp or email, I receive the data you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, wedding date, venue, number of people and any inspiration photos.
I do not ask for, and ask you not to send, special categories of data (for example health information). If you choose to share information such as skin allergies or sensitivities so that I can choose suitable products, I will use it only for that purpose and only with your consent.

I do not use your data for marketing, profiling or automated decision-making, and I do not sell it.
4. Third-party services used by the Website
- Website hosting – Lovable. The Website is hosted on Lovable's infrastructure, which processes browsing data on my behalf in order to deliver the pages. Some data may be processed outside the European Economic Area; in that case the transfer is covered by the provider's safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Instagram preview – Behold. At the bottom of the pages, a preview of my Instagram profile is shown through Behold.so. To display the images, your browser connects to Behold's and Instagram's servers, which receive your IP address. If you click a post you are taken to Instagram, which is subject to Meta's privacy policy.
- Statistics – Google Analytics 4. Only if you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner, the Website uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to collect anonymous statistics on visits. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from the Cookie Policy page. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. See the Cookie Policy for details.
- WhatsApp – Meta. The WhatsApp buttons simply open a WhatsApp chat with me. No data is sent to WhatsApp until you click. Once you write to me, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp under Meta's privacy policy.
- Email. If you write to me by email, your message is processed by my email provider (Google Gmail).
5. Who can access your data
Your data is processed by me and, where necessary, by:
- the service providers listed above, acting as data processors or independent controllers;
- my accountant, for invoicing and tax obligations;
- other wedding professionals (for example your wedding planner or a second makeup artist working with me) only when needed to organise your service and only with your knowledge.
Your data is never published or disclosed for other purposes.
6. How long I keep your data
- Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: up to 12 months from the last contact.
- Bookings and invoices: for the time required by Italian tax law (generally 10 years).
- Technical browsing data: for the short period needed by the hosting provider for security purposes.
7. Photos
Photos published on the Website are used with the permission of the photographers and of the people portrayed. If you appear in a photo and would like it removed, write to me and I will remove it promptly.
8. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, the restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15–21 GDPR). To exercise your rights, write to flavialangella@gmail.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
